Follow the instructions below to reset your password:

1. First go to the website www.lu-community.com.
2. Click on “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your email address, then click on “Reset password.”
4. Leave the page open and check your emails to find your reset code.
5. Go back to the password reset page and enter the code.
6. Then enter your new password and click on “Confirm.”















If your password has been saved in your web browser and your account is already logged in, click on the small arrow located at the top right of your screen, then choose “Log out.”
