Wrong resolution


We recommend this article for IT members of schools or districts.


1. If the wrong Resolution message appears, go to the Lü settings by selecting the gear icon located in the left side panel. 



2. Select the System Status tab, and click on the "Change Resolution" .




3.  A Windows settings window will open, and under Display Resolution, choose the 1920 x 1080 resolution from the drop-down menu.



4. Once the correct resolution is chosen, keep the change, close the window, then restart the Lü application if necessary.
