If your Lü is not turning on



We strongly recommend that you leave the computer on at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are here, it's probably because you have a blue screen with an HDMI 1 no signal message. It means that Lü's computer is turned off.

Here are steps you can use to turn the computer back on :

  1. Lü 2nd generation : press the space key on your keyboard repeatedly for 5-10 seconds until you see the Dell logo appear.
  1. Manually press the computer's power button on the computer. A lift or a ladder will be required. 
  1. *Turn off the breaker(s) of the Lü's system for 2 minutes. The computer will reboot automatically when turning back on the breaker(s).

It is essential that the projector and computer are turned off before turning off the circuit breakers, as this could damage them. You should only reset the circuit breakers if you have no other possible alternative to resolve your problem or to restart the computer after it was accidentally shut down. We recommend that the electrical circuit(s) dedicated to Lü be clearly identified. If you must turn off the circuit breakers, wait at least 2 minutes before turning them on again.
