Windows Updates


We recommend this article for IT members of schools or districts.
Do not update Windows to Windows 11. Everything we do, we do it for Windows 10 so we cannot guarantee that Lü works properly if you install Windows 11.

Should you do Windows Updates when they come up? The answer is yes.

Every few months, you should look for Windows updates.  
Updates often offer bug fixes and new features, but their main interest lies in fixing security vulnerabilities.

1. Press "win" using the keyboard to open the windows taskbar.





2. In Windows 10, you decide when and how to get the latest updates to keep your device running smoothly and securely. To manage your options and see available updates, select Check for Windows updates. Or select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update.
 












3. Wait for the updates to download and install. Restart the computer to finalize the updates if the option is proposed to you.
