Camera not detected

If a message indicates that the camera is not detected, we recommend that you follow these steps one by one to resolve the problem:
Lü 2nd generation
1. Access the "status" section in Lu setting, and select try again.
2. Restart the system.
4. Reset the breaker
1. Turn off the computer and the projector
2. Turn off the breaker for 1 minute and turn it back on.
3. Turn the projector on again and check if the camera status
4. If the problem still persists despite trying the solutions above, please contact our support team.
